The 2017 F-150 Raptor has been chosen as the “Must Test Drive” Award from Autotrader. This should come as no surprise as it has earned truck of the year from FOUR WHEELER, AutoGuide.com and Cars.com. 40 years tough and 40 years famous!

So how did Autotrader make this excellent decision? Autotrader researchers hit the road test driving and documenting miles driven. Autotrader chooses the newest vehicles to drive each year and suggests 12 Trucks or SUVS to all those looking to buy.

Beyonce isn’t the only one thinking, “let me upgrade you.” Ford has created a significant amount of changes to the previous F-Series. Some new features include its high-output 3.5-liter ecoboost engine with 450 horsepower, its six-mode Terrain Management System and it weighs 500 pounds less than before with its aluminum-alloy body. Larger shocks have improved the Raptors off road performance. The Raptor has further suspension and more control which can help you own the road thanks to Ford partnering with FOX Shox. These shocks are 44 percent larger and can increase suspension at the front and rear by around 13-inches. That’s what we’re talking about!
