111 years ago today, Henry Ford and other prospective stockholders met in Detroit, Michigan to officially incorporate the Ford Motor Company. Twelve stockholders were listed on the forms, which were signed, notarized and sent to the office of Michigan’s secretary of state.  None of these men could have guessed that they were planting the seeds of an American legend, an icon of innovation and ingenuity that would change the world.
