If you are fan of the Ford Explorer, get excited because it will be a regular recurring sight on the returning hit-TV show, “The X-Files.”

A Ford Explorer Platinum will carry FBI Agent Dana Scully (Gillian Anderson) throughout during the six-episode series.

Along with the Explorer, an Escape, Mustang and black Taurus will also be featured throughout the season as well. Ford Motor Company has partnered with “The X-Files” since the show launched in 1993.

In past episodes, Agent Fox Mulder (David Duchovny) typically referred to his Ford Taurus as “a good American car.”

“The X-Files” airs Mondays on FOX at 8pm EST.
